We turn your requirements into design visuals or a tech pack, including the bag’s dimensions, internal compartments, structural construction, and branding. All designs come with clear and detailed specifications.
We recommend fabrics, linings, zippers, webbing, and hardware based on your product positioning, performance needs, and budget. Selected materials and components are recorded in the tech pack and bill of materials.
Create paper patterns based on the tech packs., and organise CNC cutting, sewing and component assembly in accordance with the materials and structure. Once the physical prototype has been completed, inspect its overall shape, load-carrying capacity and details to verify that the design is feasible in practice.
We use more than 20 types of testing equipment to evaluate your bag’s load-bearing capacity, strength, and performance. Our team also manually inspects dimensions, stitching, zippers, hardware, logos, and overall appearance.
You review the sample and provide consolidated feedback for any required revisions. Final approval establishes the sample, specifications, materials, packaging, and inspection criteria for bulk production.
We have more than 20 types of product quality testing equipment and conduct 100% quality inspections throughout the entire production process, including checks on stitching, zippers, colors, barcodes, and other issues, ensuring that the quality of the bags exceeds your expectations.

Yes. You can provide a tech pack, drawing, physical sample, sketch or reference image. Our team will review the structure and details, then recommend a suitable development approach before sampling. Final feasibility depends on the materials, construction and customization requirements.
A sample typically takes 3–7 days after the specifications and available materials are confirmed. More time may be required for complex structures, custom-dyed materials, molds, special hardware or multiple revision rounds.
Bulk production typically takes 15–30 days after sample approval, material confirmation and order confirmation. The final schedule depends on the bag style, quantity, material availability, packaging and factory production plan.
Yes. Available branding options may include printing, embroidery, woven labels, patches, hangtags, custom hardware, zipper pulls and packaging. Send your artwork and requirements so we can recommend a suitable process.
